POLICY

Policy

1) All photo shoots must have a $50 deposit to guarantee the date, this deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due apon completion of the photoshoot, before the photos will be released.

2) Photo shoots are for an agreed upon length of time (30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, etc). There is a 10 minute grace period for late clients but after that shoot time begins.

3) We will make every effort to accommodate a request to reschedule a booked shoot, but reschedule requests must be made at least 72 hours before the shoot. Only one reschedule can be done on a deposit before it is forfeit. 

4) We strive for satisfaction as our reputation is everything. Please be advised we can not guarantee the results on photo shoots that involve infants, pets and outside influences. We will do our best though as we are great with babies and pets alike!

5) Remaining payment is due upon completion of the shoot. Photos will in no instance be released without full payment.

6) By using our services you agree to allow us to use photos at our discretion in our marketing material.

7) SherryJane Photography is not responsible for any injuries while participating in a shoot or traveling to and from locations.
